Your personalised prescription may include a combination of medical-grade active ingredients such as tretinoin, hydroquinone, antibiotics, niacinamide, peptides, hyaluronic acid, and ceramides, depending on your skin concerns and suitability. Each formula is carefully balanced to be both effective and well tolerated.

During your consultation, Dr Victoria carries out a thorough face-to-face skin analysis, assessing your unique skin concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals. This in-person assessment allows for a far more accurate diagnosis than video calls or photos, which can be misleading due to lighting, filters, and image quality. Your prescription is then tailored precisely to your skin’s needs.
Yes. Every prescription is individually created based on your skin assessment and goals. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach. Your formulation is designed specifically for your skin and may change over time as your skin improves or your needs evolve.
Once prescribed, your personalised formula is compounded in the pharmaceutical laboratory and posted directly to you. As each formula is made entirely bespoke, rather than lifted of a shelf, it can take up to 14 days to arrive as it is made from scratch.
Each 30ml formulation is designed to last approximately 90–100 days, ensuring consistency of treatment and excellent value.
In most cases, no. Because your prescription contains all the key active ingredients your skin needs, it often replaces multiple serums and treatment products. Most patients only require a gentle cleanser, moisturiser, and SPF alongside their prescription. Some choose to add a vitamin C serum as an optional extra for added brightness and antioxidant support. There should be no more than 3-4 steps in any skincare regime.
