Please read the following in full before booking an appointment. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
All appointments must be booked online via the booking portal. A booking fee is taken for all appointments ( this is slightly more for longer appointment lengths) via STRIPE. Bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee is paid. This fee is deducted from the final price of services at your appointment. The booking fee is not refundable.
Please do not use your own patient portal to book appointments for other patients as the portal is linked to your personal details and treatments. A separate email address is required for all patients.
Please ensure you provide your correct, full details for your medical records.
Please remember aesthetic treatments are medical procedures, not beauty treatments. We use only prescription-grade products, delivered by a highly qualified and experienced medical doctor, in a clinical environment. Pricing reflects this. Accepted payment methods: card, bank transfer, or cash. Receipts provided.
Due to the nature of medical aesthetics, and personalised prescriptions being required for treatments, we require a minimum of 3 working days notice to change your booking. You can reschedule your appointment 3 days in advance by using the link in your original confirmation email. Alternatively, please email hello@drvictoriani.com
We cannot take any cancellations or amendments via social media, whatsapp, or text.
To cancel your appointment please only email hello@drvictoriani.com. If cancelled with more than 3 working days notice your deposit can be transferred to another appointment within 12 weeks, once. Beyond 12 weeks, or for more than 1 reschedule, a new booking fee will be required. The booking fee is not refundable.
Any cancelled or missed appointments within 3 working days of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of the booking fee, regardless of circumstance or time frame. This will cover the doctor’s time in clinic which can not be reallocated at this short notice.
Gift-vouchers are not redeemable for cash and must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Consultations incur a non-refundable fee which covers the doctors time, expert knowledge and advice. If you go ahead with a future appointment within 12 weeks this consultation fee will be deducted from your treatment cost.
If on the day you are deemed unsuitable or inappropriate for treatment, the booking fee or consultation fee will not be refunded as this covers the doctor’s time and advice.
Prior to your appointment you will be sent copies of consent forms via email. Please read these in full before your appointment and come prepared with questions. You will be required to sign a copy of this consent form in the clinic at your appointment.
Please remove any makeup thoroughly before your aesthetic treatment appointment. This reduces the risk of any infection or local reaction.
If you have needle phobia, require additional time, or would like a specific product, please let us know well in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.
We cannot offer advice or consultations to any guests attending with you. If they are interested in treatment, please ask them to book their own appointment.
Please allow extra time for travel and parking. Aim to arrive 10 minutes early to relax before treatment, which can reduce side effects such as bruising. If you are late, we may be unable to complete your treatment on the day and have to reschedule or amend your treatment plan. Your deposit will be forfeited if we have to reschedule due to late arrival.
We strive to run on time, but in rare cases where a patient experiences a medical issue (e.g. fainting), we may need to extend our care to them. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances.
Before any aesthetic or skin treatment or services are provided, we have to take photos for your confidential clinical record. These are only for confidential patient records. There is no exception to this as it is a medico-legal requirement.
Although rare, some procedures can result in a range of well-documented complications. Some patients may specifically be subject to a higher risk factor than others. The doctor, of course, will treat these to the best of their ability; many of these complications can be managed simply and conservatively. If you are urgently required to see our doctor, you may be asked to travel to one of our clinics to be examined. In the very unlikely event of a more serious complication and the need of further treatment outside of our expertise, arrangements will be made for you to be treated by the NHS or if you wish, privately at your own cost. It unlikely that private medical insurance would cover any treatment or complication from cosmetic work.
The clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the patient.
Please do not bring children under 18 years to your appointment unless a responsible adult is accompanying you and can look after them in the waiting room whilst you are being treated.
It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide the practitioner with all correct, relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Dr Victoria Clinic/ Aesthetics by Dr Victoria Lts will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the patient’s failure to disclose such details in writing on their consent form. The patient agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by the clinic regarding the care of a treated area.
We welcome your feedback – it helps us continue to provide the highest level of care. You may provide feedback verbally or in writing to: hello@drvictoriani.com. We aim to respond to your feedback within 7 working days.
Thank you for trusting us with your care. We look forward to welcoming you to the clinic.
Warm regards,
Dr. Victoria & Team.
